CG HOOPS training environment is like no other. All athletes understand the importance that they must feel no shame in making mistakes. It is made understood that we will not LEARN and IMPROVE if we do not FAIL first.

APPLY

Throughout the term, athletes will learn new skills, concept and theories. These are all learnt first generally in a non competitive sequence.

Once the group has adapted to this new concept, it is then applied into a minor game-like situation.

ACHIEVE

One of our goals is to achieve greatness on the court from our Athletes. We put the steps of “LEARN” & “APPLY” in order for us to ACHIEVE success.

Developing ELITE Ball handling skills
How to SHOOT at the highest level
Understanding of different concepts (handoff’s, on ball screens, flare screens etc.)
Individual & team defensive skills
Leadership skills
Becoming an overall elite athlete

8-10 WEEKS
(1 HOUR SESSIONS)

1:6-10 Academy Sessions
Technique, Skill Work, Character Development, Mindset and Gameplay
Catered for athletes looking to expand there overall game.
Mixture of the Elite individual sessions and the Private Small Group sessions
